Here we will glance through some important living habit to keep our heart healthy. Heart attack usually occurs when a blood clot blocks the blood circulations to the heart. Without blood, tissues loses oxygen and dies. Irregular life style is the main cause for heart attacks. Heart attacks became very common now a days and the only way to prevent heart attacks or heart related issue is to follow a proper life style. In this busy World we are behind many things and not paying good attention to our own health.
Below are some of the important points that we have to keep in mind and follow,
