We have united for a better environment by going plastic free through beach and desert cleanups. Planetary and community benefits are significant from these activities. We have conducted beach clean-up activities at the Al Khan Corniche to protect marine life and keep UAE’s coastline safe and pristine. Clean beaches support local economies, provide a place for visitors to enjoy, and help preserve the habitats of marine birds, fish and other animals. Our coastline is under threat. Plastic waste will be as abundant in our oceans as fish by 2050, and some of this garbage is washed up on beaches. There are several eco systems that interact with each other in the desert, so any change in one will affect the other. It is imperative that we pay attention to all ecological receptors. Maria Trading employees joined hands to clean up plastic wastes from Al Rahmaniya Desert. This initiative helps to remove harmful wastes to save the desert and its inhabitants-our camels. Our initiatives are focused to aim the world greener place under usher in a future we all would like to live in. It is also a fantastic way to boost team spirit and do something truly great for the planet.

Ethical responsibility is a system and process of making sure that the organization is operating in a fair and ethical manner. To demonstrate ethical responsibility, organizations aim to provide fair treatment of all stakeholders, including leadership, investors, employees, suppliers, and customers. Organizations that adhere to ethical standards must protect stakeholders' rights and foster the development of employees, managers, and owners, while encouraging customer and supplier evolution strategies, providing new perspectives to local communities, and protecting the environment. When you think of ethical CSR, you undoubtedly notice the widespread concept that showing responsibility is strictly related to the economic and financial dimension; however, over recent years, the area of social discourse has been gaining relevance. In this context, a strong relationship between rights and ethical responsibilities in order to attain legitimacy is fundamental.

Economic responsibility is the practice of a firm backing all of its financial decisions in its commitment to do good in the areas social responsibility. The principles of economic responsibility seek to balance the responsibilities of business, the environment, and philanthropy. Economic responsibility follows, and adheres to, the set standards of ethical and moral principles. In this context, Companies are looking for a solution that will facilitate their growth and generate profits while benefiting society and the community. The economy here is shaped by considering its overall effects on society and business at the same time. It also focuses on practices that facilitate the long-term growth of the business. Businesses can enhance their operations while developing sustainable practices by balancing economic decisions with their overall impacts on society. Sustainable practices are therefore made easier through economic responsibility.
